过量服用阴地蕨致中毒性肌病1例临床分析

摘　　要：1例42岁男性慢性乙肝患者服用“富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯”治疗中过量食用阴地蕨出现全身酸痛、乏力等中毒症状,实验室检查磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶明显升高,肝功能异常,排除富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯所致中毒性肌病的可能性,考虑中毒性肌病由阴地蕨引起。给予停用阴地蕨、护肝、补液治疗后,患者肌肉酸痛症状消失,磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶恢复正常。A 42-year-old male chronic hepatitis B patient with excessive consumption of dryopteris vulgaris in the treatment of“tenofovir disoproxil fumarate”developed symptoms of poisoning such as generalized soreness and fatigue,and laboratory examinations showed significant increases in creatine phosphate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase,abnormal liver function,excluded the possibility of toxic myopathy caused by tenofovir disoproxil fumarate,and considered that toxic myopathy was caused by dryopteris vulgaris.After the treatment of discontinuation of dryopteris vulgaris,liver protection,and rehydration,the symptoms of muscle soreness in the patient disappeared,and the phosphocreatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase returned to normal.
