摘  要:电解锌生产过程会产生电解锌锰阳极泥,阳极泥中的锰含量较高,在40%~50%范围内,属于富锰矿,具有较大的回收利用价值,但电解锌工厂一般作为固废堆放或低价销售,未得到合理利用,造成资源浪费和环境污染隐患。本文对阳极泥现就现状进行分析分析,目前阳极泥研究主要以湿法还原和火法还原焙烧浸出为主,本文结合电解锌厂实际情况和相关研究现状,对电解锌厂阳极泥资源化利用提出建议。The electrolytic zinc production process will produce electrolytic zinc manganese anode slime.The manganese content in the anode slime is relatively high,in the range of 40%~50%,which belongs to manganese-rich ore and has great recycling value.However,electrolytic zinc plants are generally stored as solid waste or they are sold at low prices and are not reasonably used,causing waste of resources and hidden dangers of environmental pollution.The current status of anode slime was analyzed.At present,the research of anode slime mainly focused on wet reduction and pyro-reduction roasting and leaching.The actual situation of the electrolytic zinc plant and the relevant research status were combined,and the suggestions were put forward for the utilization of anode slime in the electrolytic zinc plant.
