摘  要:以混合搅拌的方法,制备了一款电解磷化液,研究了其处理后线材膜层的XRD结晶成分,EDS成分,电化学工作站的耐腐蚀性,划刀测试的结合力。研究表面,电解磷化后膜层的锌镀层可以大幅度降低,主要形成磷酸锌膜层,且膜层成分主要是磷酸锌和有机物,耐腐蚀性有较大提升,结合力等级为100。结果表明,本配方的电解磷化液具有较好的参考价值和应用价值。An electrolytic phosphating solution was prepared by the method of mixing and stirring,and XRD crystal composition,EDS composition,corrosion resistance of electrochemical workstation,and bonding force of scribing test were studied.The research surface showed that the zinc coating of the film layer can be greatly reduced after electrolytic phosphating,the zinc phosphate film layer was mainly formed,the film layer was mainly composed of zinc phosphate and organic matter,the corrosion resistance was greatly improved,and the bonding force level was 100.The results showed that the electrolytic phosphating solution of this formula had good reference value and application value.
