松香树脂油制备液体树脂的研究

摘　　要：松香树脂油先用碱液进行多次洗涤,然后用吸附剂进行吸附来改善其气味;树脂油用顺丁烯二酸酐进行改性,然后用醇类酯化制备液体树脂。研究结果表明:用浓度10%的碱液洗涤5次,然后用20 g活性炭和20 g活性白土吸附,可以除去树脂油的刺激性气味;树脂油先用5%的顺丁烯二酸酐进行加成,然后用10%庚醇酯化制备液体树脂;添加液体树脂可显著提高SIS胶的初粘力。The rosin resin oil was washed several times with alkaline solution,and then adsorbed to improve its odor,resin oil was modified with maleic anhydride and then esterified with alcohol to prepare liquid resin.The results showed that the irritating odor of resin oil can be removed by washing with 10%alkaline solution for 5 times,and then adsorbing with 20 g activated carbon and 20 g activated clay,resin oil was first added with 5%maleic anhydride,and then was esterified with 10%heptanol to prepare liquid resin,adding liquid resin can significantly improve the initial adhesion of SIS adhesive.
