摘 要:建立热重分析(TG)-电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES)测定长余辉纺织品中铕、镝含量的方法。将样品放入热重分析仪中进行灰化实验,用硝酸盐酸溶解灰分,采用ICP-OES对样品进行分析。结果显示:样品测定下限(ω)铕0.010%和镝0.016%。精密度均小于5.0%,按标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为95.3%~108%。与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行方法比对,两种方法所得结果基本一致。A method for the determination of Eu and Dy in long afterglow textiles by TG-ICP-OES was established.Puting sample into TG for ashing test,dissolving the ash with HNOand HCl,then the samples were analyzed by ICP-OES.The results showed that the lower limits(ω)of Eu was determined 0.010%and Dy 0.016%.RSD was less than 5.0%.The recovery test was carried out according to the standard addition method,and the recovery was 95.3%~108%.Compared with inductively coupled ICP-MS,the results obtained by the two methods were basically consistent.
