冷轧废水深度处理系统工程设计及运行研究

摘　　要：某钢铁企业冷轧污水厂的出水满足《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456—2012)标准,需要对该污水厂出水进行深度处理。深度处理系统设计采用“药剂软化+离子交换+超滤(UF)系统+反渗透(RO)系统”的工艺。运行过程中对深度处理系统进行优化,运行结果表明系统出水各项运行指标良好,达到设计标准,出水可回用于工艺循环冷却水补充水。系统处理费用约为3.73元/吨。The effluent of a cold-rolling wastewater treatment plant met the requirement of“Discharge standard of water pollutants for iron and steel industry”(GB 13456-2012).In view of the characteristics of this effluent,an advanced treatment process of “softening sedimentation+ion exchange+UF+RO” was supplied.The operation results showed that the treatment effect was satisfactory and the running indexes were good.The outlet water for the advanced treatment can be reused as supplementary water in the process circulating cooling water system.The cost of advanced treatment system was about 3.73 yuan/ton.
