摘  要:转化炉炉管作为转化炉中的关键设备,既充当换热器又充当反应器,材料通常为HP40或HP40Nb,在工作过程中最高温度可达到1000℃左右,经过长时间的高温蠕变会逐渐产生裂纹。炉管表面有杨梅粒子涂层,常规检测方法无法对炉管进行检测。本文对转化炉炉管的水浸超声检测方法进行了相关研究。研究发现水浸超声检测灵敏度较高,能准确记录整根炉管超声波信号高度的变化;并且超声波衰减也可能是因为炉管发生了材质劣化。As the key equipment in the reformer,the reformer tube acts as both a heat exchanger and a reactor.The furnace tube is usually made of HP40 or HP40 Nb,and the maximum temperature can reach about 1000 ℃ during operation.After a long time of high temperature creep,the furnace tube will gradually produce cracks.The surface of the furnace tube was coated with myrica rubra particles,which cannot be detected by conventional detection methods.It was found that the water immersion ultrasonic testing had high sensitivity and can accurately record the change of the ultrasonic signal height of the whole furnace tube,and the ultrasonic attenuation may also be due to the material deterioration of the furnace tube.
