摘  要:对W型封头进行受力分析与结构优化,运用有限元软件ANSYS对W型封头进行应力分析与强度校核,讨论冲压深度的改变对应力强度的影响,通过结果分析来进行结构优化。结果表明W型封头最大应力出现在椭圆与球体过渡处,当内压大于0.67 MPa时,由于局部薄膜应力过大,导致强度不满足要求。其冲压深度应小于200 mm,在条件允许情况下,冲压深度越小越好。The subject of W-type head was stress analyzed and structural optimized,finite element software ANSYS was used for W-type head in stress analysis and strength check,the geometric parameters on the impact of stress intensity were discussed,the results of analysis was used for structural optimization.The results showed that maximum stress appeared W-type head with the ball in transition in the Oval,when the pressure was greater than 0.67 MPa,due to the local film stress was too large,resulting in strength did not meet the requirements.The punching depth should be less than 200 mm.The conditions permit,should be as small as possible.
