摘  要:目的调查分析医院孕妇学校开展现状及教育成效的影响因素,为完善孕妇学校管理及有效开展围生期健康教育提供依据。方法2019年8-9月采用自行设计的孕妇学校开展现状调查表对国内512家医院孕妇学校开展现状进行调查。结果512所医院中孕妇学校开设年限为0.3~43.0年,平均(11.45±7.60)年;481所(93.9%)孕妇学校有固定场地,有归属管理科室的370所(72.3%)、有专职工作人员的324所(63.3%);师资中高级职称2823人(38.7%)、中级职称3127人(42.8%)、初级职称1353人(18.5%);348所(68.0%)医院会定期进行师资专项培训;孕妇学校课后知识知晓率为3%~100%。Logistic回归分析结果显示孕妇学校开展年限、实操演练授课方式为课后知识知晓率的影响因素。结论全国孕妇学校已广泛开展,但开展状况参差不齐,建议结合孕妇学校教学成效影响因素加强孕妇学校自身组织管理,改革授课内容及授课方式,从而促进孕妇学校的发展和运行。Objective To investigate and analyze the present developing status of pregnant women schools in hospitals and influencing factors of its education effect in order to provide reference for improving management of pregnant women schools and providing effective perinatal health education.Method Investigate present developing status of pregnant women schools in 512 domestic hospitals by self-designed questionnaire from August to September in 2019.Result Developing years of pregnant women schools in 512 hospitals are 0.3~43.0,the average developing year is(11.45±7.60).Totally 481(93.9%)pregnant women schools have fixed places,370(72.3%)pregnant women schools have belonging management departments,324(63.3%)pregnant women schools have full-time staff.The schools have 2823(38.7%)staff with senior professional title,3127(42.8%)staff with intermediate professional title and 1353(18.5%)staff with junior professional title.Special training on teaching are conducted regularly in 348(68.0%)hospitals.The awareness rate of after class knowledge in pregnant women schools is 3%~100%.Logistic regression analysis shows that developing years of pregnant women schools and teaching method of operation and practice are influencing factors of awareness rate of after class knowledge.Conclusion Domestic pregnant schools are widely developed with varied developing status.Improving organization and management of pregnant women schools referring to influencing factors of its education effect,reforming teaching content and method are recommended to improve development and operation of the schools.
