摘  要:为提高植物源复合不育剂ND-1(农大-1号,主要成分为紫草素和炔雌醚)的利用率与抗生育作用效果,本研究将不育剂ND-1进行超声波纳米级乳化处理。以昆明小鼠为研究对象,通过1周2次灌胃进行抗生育实验,对小鼠的繁殖器官变化和繁殖效果进行了检测。结果表明,不育剂浓度为30 mg/kg的雌性实验组子宫脏器系数显著低于对照组(F=3.926,P<0.05),雄性实验组精囊腺脏器系数、精子密度均显著低于对照组(F=4.37,P<0.05;F=3.302,P<0.05),雌性处理组、雄性处理和雌雄处理组胎仔数比对照组显著降低(F=6.968,P<0.05)。繁殖启动期雌性处理组较对照组推迟(8.11±2.40)d,雄性处理组较对照组推迟(7.56±2.76)d,雌雄处理组较对照组推迟(6.54±2.89)d。不育剂ND-1纳米乳液有效延长了雌性、雄性小鼠的繁殖周期。30 mg/kg浓度处理组小鼠粪便中紫草素平均回收率为(51.29±8.48)%,与普通回收率(82.0±2.90)%相比较,降低了(30.71±5.58)%,炔雌醚回收率为0。In order to improve the utilization rate and antifertility effect of plant-derived compound sterility agent ND-1(Nongda-1,mainly composed of shikonin and quinestrol),the sterility agent ND-1 was subjected to the ultrasonic nano level emulsification treatment in this study. The mice were taking as the research object,and anti-fertility experiments were carried out by gavage twice a week. The changes of the reproductive organs and the reproductive effect of the mice were tested. The results showed that the uterine organ coefficient of the female experimental group with the sterile agent concentration of 30 mg/kg was significantly lower than that of the control group(F=3. 926,P<0. 05),and the seminal vesicle organ coefficient and sperm density of the male experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(F=4. 37,P<0. 05;F=3. 302,P<0. 05). The number of fetuses in the female treatment group,male treatment group,and male and female treatment group decreased significantly(F=6. 968,P<0. 05). The reproductive initiation period was delayed by(8. 11±2. 40)d in the female treatment group,(7. 56±2. 76)d in the male treatment group,and(6. 54±2. 89)d in the male and female treatment group. The sterile ND-1 nano-emulsion effectively extended the reproductive cycle of female and male mice. The average recovery rate of shikonin in the mice feces was(51. 29±8. 48)% in the 30 mg/kg concentration treatment group. Compared with the normal recovery rate(82. 0±2. 90)%,the recovery rate of the treatment group decreased by(30. 71±5. 58)%,and the recovery rate of quinestrol was 0.
