摘　　要：非面对面式交易的电子商务成为商品交换的一种重要方式,信用问题是制约电子商务健康发展的关键因素。区块链技术因其去中心化以及公开密钥体系等依托技术被社会各界重视。本文利用区块链技术分析解决电子商务中的信用问题:首先,根据信息不对称、交易双方博弈对电子商务各环节存在的信用问题进行理论分析;然后,阐述了电子商务中产生信用风险的理论机制以及各个环节的具体风险;最后,以信用评价为研究视角分析区块链技术在解决电子商务信用问题时的操作。通过区块链技术可以很好地保障交易的安全性,降低操作成本,构建完善的信用评价体系。Non face-to-face e-commerce has become an important way of commodity exchange.Credit is the key factor for the healthy development of e-commerce.Blockchain technology is valued by all sectors of society because of its decentralization and public key system.This paper uses blockchain technology to analyze and solve the credit problems in e-commerce.Firstly,it makes a theoretical analysis on the credit problems in each link of e-commerce according to information asymmetry and the game between the two parties of the deal.Then,it expounds the theoretical mechanism of credit risk in e-commerce and the specific risks in each link.Finally,it analyzes the operation of blockchain technology in solving the credit problems of e-commerce from the perspective of credit evaluation.Blockchain technology can well ensure the security of transactions,reduce operating costs and build a perfect credit evaluation system.
