摘 要:为探究消涡装置对泵站进水流道流场分布的影响研究,建立了入库泵站无消涡措施方案、“L”形导流板方案、十字形导流板方案、导流锥结合后隔板方案4种方案的湍流数学模型进行稳态模拟,分析了不同消涡装置下箱涵式进水流道内部漩涡性态。结果表明:导流锥结合后隔板方案的消除附底涡及附壁涡的效果最明显,但对进水流道后壁处的回流没有太大的改善;导流锥结合后隔板方案中流场改善显著,喇叭口入口处的水流,部分从正前方直接吸入,部分绕过喇叭口从正后方吸入,正前方水流和正后方水流相遇形成旋流,流场非有害旋流。研究成果可作为改善水泵进水条件,确保水泵机组没有水力因素引起的有害振动提供依据。In order to study the influence of vortex elimination devices on the flow field distribution in inlet channel of pumping station,four schemes of turbulence mathematical models,including no vortex elimination scheme,L-shaped guide plate scheme,cross-shaped guide plate scheme and guide cone combined with rear baffle scheme,were established to carry out steady state simulation and analyze the vortex behavior in inlet channel of lower box culvert of different vortex elimination devices.The research results show that the diversion cone combination partition scheme to eliminate the attached bottom vortex and coanda vortex effect is most obvious,but after the water flow channel wall backflow not much improved;Diversion cone combination partition scheme have been improved significantly,at the entrance of bell mouth water,front part from direct inhalation,partial bypass the bell mouth is from behind suction,and rear flow front water met to form vortex,harmful flow field of hydrocyclone.The research results can be used to improve the water inlet conditions of the pump and ensure the pump unit has no harmful vibration caused by hydraulic factors.
