摘　　要：水利工程施工河道安全度汛事关人民群众生命财产安全和施工人员、物资设备及已建建筑物的安全,其中已完工河道建筑物是重点关注的防汛安全部位,因此如何保证在建河道水利工程安全度汛是水利工程参建各方工作的重点和难点。文章以祊河华夏水源工程及莒县韩家村拦河闸工程为例,分析研究了组织、技术、质量、进度、经济等控制措施。River safety in water engineering during flood season is a matter of people's lives and property safety,as well as the safety of construction personnel,supplies,equipment and the buildings.The constructed building in rivers is a focus of safety on flood control,therefore,how to ensure the safety of river buildings under construction is the emphasis and difficulty,esp.to all the participants of water engineering.This paper takes the Huaxia water source engineering in Beng river,Linyi Municipality and the block engineering in Hanjia Village in JV County,as an example to analysis the control measures during the construction process,which includes the measures of organization,technology,quality,progress and economic.
