摘　　要：针对法国CP1系列核电站低压加热器要求换热管与管板采用只胀接、无封口焊(即“只胀不焊”)的接头结构,本文通过研究如何有效实现这种接头胀接的工艺方法,以便最终达到这种接头密封性能良好、拉脱力满足要求、水压试验保压成功的目的。In view of the joint structure of only expansion and no sealing welding(i.e“only expansion without welding”)is required for the low-pressure heater of CP1 series nuclear power plants in France,this paper studies how to effectively realize the process method of this joint expansion,so as to finally achieve the purpose of good sealing performance of this joint,meeting the requirements of pull-out force and successful pressure maintenance in hydrostatic test.
