摘  要:依托大学生创新实验项目,对“材料分析与表征实验”课程进行研究型综合性实验设计。利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、氮气脱吸附实验等多种表征技术,研究了MgCo_(2)O_(4)薄片材料的物相组成、形貌、比表面积等。利用DSC表征技术研究了MgCo_(2)O_(4)薄片材料对AP的热分解催化性能。以获得最优异的催化性能为目的,进一步优化材料制备工艺,如此反复测试优化调整,极大地增加了学生的实际动手能力、综合分析能力、创新能力团队合作意识。Based on the innovative experiment project of college students,the research-oriented comprehensive experiments of“Material analysis and Characterization Experiment”were carried out.The phase composition,morphology and specific surface area of MgCo_(2)O_(4) material were studied by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and nitrogen desorption experiment.The catalytic performance of MgCo_(2)O_(4) material for AP thermal decomposition was studied by DSC.In order to obtain the best catalytic performance for the purpose,the material preparation process was further optimized.Such repeated test optimization adjustment,greatly increased students’practical ability,comprehensive analysis ability,innovation ability and teamwork consciousness.
