摘　　要：介绍了双膛石灰窑连接通道的结构及气流分布走向,分析了连接通道上部浇注料脱落的原因,采用喷涂的方法修复了脱落处,这样便可延长炉衬的使用寿命。实践证明,采用该种方法修复炉衬,既可缩短炉窑检修时间,提高产量,又可为企业直接或间接带来可观的经济效益。This paper introduces the structure and airflow distribution direction of the connecting channel of double chamber lime kiln, analyzes the cause of the castable falling off on the upper part of the connecting channel, and uses the spraying method to extend the service life of the furnace lining.It is proved by practice that using this method to repair the furnace lining, can not only shorten the furnace maintenance time, improve the output, but also bring considerable economic benefits directly or indirectly to enterprises.
