摘　　要：通过对现有活性石灰生产线在实际运行中的观测,发现竖式预热器本体立柱底座与其混凝土支撑框架的结合部位产生“裂纹”现象。分析和讨论了该“裂纹”产生的原因,对产生“裂纹”的部位采取了相应的保护和加固措施。并在后续的设计中,对预热器本体立柱底座处进行了结构优化设计,避免了此类问题的再次发生,使预热器能够长期、安全、稳定的运行。Through the observation of the existing active lime production line in actual operation,it is found that the“crack”phenomenon occurs at the joint part of the vertical preheater body column base and its concrete support frame. The causes of the“crack”are analyzed and discussed,and corresponding protection and reinforcement measures are taken for the“crack”position. In the follow-up design,the structure of the column base of the preheater is optimized to avoid the recurrence of such problems,so that the preheater can be long-term,safe and stable operation.
