摘 要:基于Midas Civil软件建立某特大桥施工挂篮有限元模型,分别验算了挂篮在施工、空载时的力学性能,研究结果表明:底模前后横梁最大弯曲应力为75.6 MPa;底模纵梁最大弯曲应力为96.4 MPa;主桁架最大组合应力为36.25 MPa;上横梁最大弯曲应力为47.3 MPa;门架最大组合应力为36.3 MPa;挂篮各部件在施工过程中均在容许应力范围之内。The finite element model of the hanging basket of an extra-large bridge is established by using Midas Civil software to calculate the mechanical properties of the hanging basket during the construction and non-load.The study results show that the maximum bending stress of the transverse and longitudinal beam of the bottom die are 75.6 MPa and 96.4 MPa,respectively,the maximum combined stress of the main truss is 36.25 MPa,the maximum bending stress of the upper beam is 47.3 MPa,and the maximum combined stress of the portal frame is 36.3 MPa,which indicates that all parts of the hanging basket are within the allowable stress of 215 MPa during the construction.
