摘 要:通过Radziszewski反应制备了聚咪唑醋酸盐离子液体(PAIL),并涂覆在氧化纤维素层析纸(Oxi-CFP)上得到萃取纸(Oxi-CFP@PAIL)。采用ATR-IR、TGA、SEM和AFM对其进行了表征,并探讨了PAIL制备条件对Oxi-CFP@PAIL吸附托美汀、酮洛芬、萘普生和双氯芬酸4种非甾体抗炎药物(NSAIDs)的影响。结果表明,PAIL通过化学键成功地附着在Oxi-CFP表面上,同时Oxi-CFP@PAIL耐折度明显提高。60℃下制得的PAIL(质量分数为5%)水溶液对Oxi-CFP进行浸泡,Oxi-CFP@PAIL上PAIL的负载量最大,并且其对4种NSAIDs的单位面积吸附量最大。将萃取水溶液中含有羧基的NSAIDs的萃取纸用体积分数均为1%的甲酸和乙酸铵(1mol/L)水溶液的乙腈溶液进行解吸,并用三重四极杆液质联用仪(HPLC-MS/MS)检测,Oxi-CFP@PAIL对4种NSAIDs回收率均>80%。该方法检出限和定量限分别在0.02~0.10μg/L和0.07~0.33μg/L。Extraction paper(Oxi-CFP@PAIL) was fabricated by coating polyimidazolyl acetate ionic liquid(PAIL),synthesized via Radziszewski reaction,on oxidized cellulose chromatography paper(Oxi-CFP) and characterized by ATR-IR,TGA,SEM and AFM.Moreover,the influences of PAIL preparation conditions on the adsorption performance of Oxi-CFP@PAIL for 4 kinds of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)(tolmetin,ketoprofen,naproxen and diclofenac) were investigated.The results showed that PAIL was chemically bonded to the surface of Oxi-CFP successfully,and significantly improved the folding resistance of Oxi-CFP.Furthermore,the obtained Oxi-CFP@PAIL when the Oxi-CFP was immersed in the PAIL prepared at 60 ℃ aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 5% had the largest PAIL load and exhibited the best adsorption capacity per unit area for four NSAIDs.Desorption of 4 NSAIDS from Oxi-CFP@PAIL using acetonitrile solution containing 1%(volume fraction) formic acid and ammonium acetate(1 mol/L in water) followed by HPLC-MS/MS analyses indicated that recovery rate of Oxi-CFP@PAIL for 4 NSAIDs were higher than 80%.It was found out that the detection limit and quantitative limit of this analytical method were 0.02~0.10 μg/L and 0.07~0.33 μg/L,respectively.
