摘 要:异种金属复合结构能够充分发挥各自材料的优越性能而在工业设计中得到了越来越广泛的应用,同时,其焊接方式也受到了广泛的关注。文中探究了不同钎焊层厚度对异种钢42CrMo与Q345钎焊接头力学性能的影响,选用无氧铜TU1为钎料进行炉中钎焊,设计出钎焊层厚度分别为0.15,0.25,0.35,0.50,0.75,1.10,1.50 mm的钎焊接头,并对其力学性能进行了研究。拉伸试验结果表明:钎缝厚度为0.75,1.10,1.50 mm的试样均在钎缝处断裂;钎缝厚度≤0.50 mm的试样均在Q345钢侧断裂,说明此时钎焊接头抗拉强度已超Q345钢的抗拉强度,并且随着钎缝厚度的增加,钎焊接头的抗拉强度在降低;拉伸断口显示,断口表面分布着大量韧窝,断裂方式为韧性断裂。这些结论对42CrMo与Q345异种钢焊接具有一定的参考价值。Heterogeneous metal composite structure could give full play to the superior properties of its own materials,which had been widely used in industrial design.In the paper,the effect of different thickness of brazing layer on the mechanical properties of dissimilar steel 42CrMo and Q345 welded joint was studied.The oxy free copper TU1 was selected as brazing material to carry out brazing in furnace.The brazed joints with thickness of 0.15 mm,0.25 mm,0.35 mm,0.50 mm,0.75 mm,1.10 mm and 1.50 mm were designed,and their mechanical properties were studied.The results of tensile test were as follows:the samples with the thickness of 0.75 mm,1.10 mm and 1.50 mm were all fractured at the weld,and the samples with the thickness of ≤0.50 mm were all fractured at the Q345 base metal,which indicated that the tensile strength of the welded joint exceeded the Q345 base metal tensile strength at this time,and the tensile strength of the welded joint decreased with the increase of the weld thickness.The tensile fracture showed that there were a lot of dimples on the fracture surface,and the fracture mode was ductile fracture.The reasonable results had certain reference value for welding 42CrMo and Q345 dissimilar steel.
