摘  要:文中进行了Q1100级中厚板的母材性能分析、不同冷却速度的CCT曲线分析、焊接热影响区最高硬度测试、斜Y型坡口冷裂敏感性试验、插销试验和不同热输入的焊接接头力学性能试验。热影响区最高硬度测试结果表明:试验用Q1100级中厚板淬硬倾向明显,随着预热温度的不断升高,热影响区的最高硬度呈缓慢下降趋势,预热温度超过125℃后最高硬度可降低至HV_(10)450左右;冷裂试验结果表明:预热温度在125℃以上,斜Y型坡口表面和断面裂纹率均为零,且插销试验临界断裂应力达到1100 MPa,满足该钢板设计的屈服强度;焊接接头力学性能试验结果表明:Q1100级钢板对热输入敏感,在热输入11~13 kJ/cm时,焊接接头具有良好的综合力学性能,热输入增大到14~16 kJ/cm时,热影响区晶粒有显著长大倾向,焊接接头的强度和塑韧性均会降低。The base property,CCT curve in different cooling rate,maximum hardness test in HAZ,Y groove test,plug test and mechanical properties test of welded joints under different heat input for Q1100 extra-high strength medium and thick plates were analyzed.The maximum hardness test in HAZ results showed that the hardening tendency of Q1100grade plate was obvious.With the increase of preheating temperature,the maximum hardness of heat affected zone decreased slowly.The maximum hardness could be reduced to about HV_(10)450 after the preheating temperature exceeded 125℃.Cold crack test showed that the preheating temperature was above 125℃,the crack rate on the surface and section of Y groove was zero,and the critical fracture stress of the rod reached 1100 MPa,which met the yield strength of the steel plate design.Mechanical properties test of welded joint showed that Q1100 grade steel plate was sensitive to heat input of welding.When heat input of welding was 11~13 k J/cm,welded joint showed good comprehensive mechanical properties.When heat input of welding increased to 14~16 kJ/cm,grains in heat affected zone had a significant tendency to grow,and the strength and plastic toughness of welded joint would be reduced.
