摘　　要：GB/T 28011—2021《鞋类勾心》由中国轻工业联合会提出,全国制鞋标准化委员会归口,已于2021年8月20日由国家市场监督管理总局和国家标准化管理委员会联合发布,并于2022年3月1日开始实施,为了便于相关机构及鞋类生产企业更好地理解标准,从适用范围、规范性引用文件、检测项目和试验方法等方面对标准主要变化及技术要求进行对比分析,并对当前现行鞋类相关国家/行业标准中涉及的勾心指标要求进行梳理,以帮助相关生产企业及检测人员更准确、更全面理解和应用新标准,从而促进行业的健康发展。GB/T 28011—2021 Shanks for footwear was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation and under the jurisdiction of the national footwear Standardization Commission. It was jointly issued by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Standardization Administration was released on August 20, 2021 and implemented on March 1, 2022. In order to facilitate relevant institutions and footwear manufacturers to better understand the standard, the main changes and technical requirements of the standard in terms of application scope,normative references,testing items and test methods etc. were analyzed, and the hook index requirements involved in the current national/industrial standards related to footwear were combed, so as to help relevant manufacturers and testers more accurately and fully understand and apply the new standards to promote the healthy development of the industry.
