摘 要:近年来汽车工业飞速发展,如何保证产品质量的稳定成为各企业重中之重,作为汽车心脏的发动机为了满足更高的性能及质量要求,其切削加工愈加精密化。在发动机生产过程中,切削加工的作用越来越受到工程师和汽车生产制造厂家的高度重视。该文重点介绍了机械切削加工的研究与应用,并通过案例阐述切削问题的解决方案,以供同行参考。With the rapid development of the automobile industry in recent years,how to ensure the stability of product quality has become the top priority of all enterprises.In order to meet the higher performance and quality requirements,the engine,as the heart of the automobile,has become more and more precise in cuting.Engineers and automobile manufacturers pay more and more attention to the role of cutting in the process of engine production.This paper mainly introduces the research and application of mechanical ctting,and expounds the solutions of cutting problems through cases,which is worthy of peer reference.
