摘 要:电厂码头的皮带输煤系统,是一个包括码头卸煤系统、厂区上煤系统、筛碎系统、控制及报警系统、计量、采样、除铁、抑尘等多个工艺子系统的综合系统。本文以国外某百万千瓦级大型火力发电厂为例,对输煤系统中的各主要设备和辅助设备及工艺系统的运行逻辑关系进行研究和分析,并设计建立一套控制逻辑严密且具有智能化的自动控制系统,从而消除潜在的逻辑矛盾、程序漏洞和运行安全风险,进而使整套输煤系统的运行达到一个高效、智能、可靠、节能、稳定和安全的设计指标,以保障电厂维持较高生产效益。Coal conveying system provided in a power-plant terminal is a comprehensive system covering a number of subsystems involving in coal unloaded on wharf,coal conveyed to the plant,sieving-crushing,control and alarm,metering,sampling,iron removal,dust suppression and etc.Based on an overseas coal-fired power plant with the capacity of mega-kilowatt,some study and analysis are carried out for logic relation of the operation of main equipment,auxiliary machines and process adopted in the coal conveying system,which leads to the establishment of a set of intelligent automatic control system with strict logic control.The results will eliminate potential logic contradictions,tighten program loopholes and prevent any risk from operation safety.In addition,the operation of the whole coal conveying system can reach the design indices of high efficiency,intelligence,reliability,energy saving,stability and safety,which will maintain higher production efficiency of the power plant.
