摘　　要：在历史的脉络中,中国共产党铸牢中华民族共同体意识的过程深刻体现了“以人民为中心”的政治逻辑。中国共产党领导下的“人民”蕴含着“民族”和“民主”两个要素,新民主主义革命时期铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键在于通过唤醒各族民众的“人民”意识,激活“人民”的思想。这是中国共产党铸牢中华民族共同体意识的历史起点,也由此奠定了中华民族共同体从自在走向自觉的政治底色。中华人民共和国成立后,在中国共产党领导下,“民族”与“人民”产生了深刻的意义关联,自近代以来不断高涨的民族主义思潮通过“以人民为中心”的政治实践被转化为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的政治基础,体现了以“人民为中心”的制度优势。以“人民共同体”为政治基石,充分发挥“人民”的主体优势,这既是中国共产党铸牢中华民族共同体意识至关重要的政治逻辑,也是近代以来中国应对复杂国际环境的必然选择。In the context of history,the political logic of “people-centeredness” is deeply reflected in the process of the CPC’s building the Chinese national community awareness. The “people” under the leadership of the Communist Party of China contains two elements:“nation” and “democracy”. The key to building the awareness of the Chinese national community during the new democratic revolution is to activate the nationalism of the “ people” by awakening the “ people” awareness of all ethnic groups.After the founding of the People.s Republic of China,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,when “nation” and “people” have a profound sense of connection,that is,after the realization of a true sense of dialectical unity,the Chinese national community has released a huge capacity for social mobilization. Under the institutional advantage of “people.s position as masters of the country”,the organizational form of “people.s community” covers the political,economic,cultural,psychological and other fields,further consolidates the social structure of the Chinese national community,and reflects a kind of national governance ability in the new era. Taking “people-centeredness” and giving full play to the dominant position of people are not only a crucial political process for the Communist Party of China to strengthen the Chinese national community awareness,but also an inevitable choice for China to cope with the complex international environment since modern times.
