摘  要:搭建了气体轴承-高速转子系统基础试验平台,研究了轴承参数和轴系运动参数对转子非线性动力学行为的影响规律。对小孔节流静压气体轴承的试验表明:轴承供气压力的变化能够抑制轴系半速涡动、气膜振荡等低频振动,提高轴系稳定运行转速;基础阻尼特性的改变可调整转子系统的刚度与阻尼特性,增强抗干扰能力,抑制并推迟低频振动的发生;合理的转子升速率可使转子在升速过程中工频振动幅值最小;在气体轴承支承的微型燃气轮机用高速发电机上,接入负载的增加可能会导致设备转子系统稳定性阈值降低,非线性特性增强。The basic test platform for gas bearing-high speed rotor system is built,and the influence of bearing parameters and shafting motion parameters on nonlinear dynamic behavior of rotor is studied.The experiments on small orifice throttling aerostatic bearings show that:the change of gas supply pressure of the bearings suppresses low-frequency vibrations such as half-speed whirl and gas film oscillation of shafting,and improves the stable running speed of shafting;the change of basic damping characteristics adjusts the stiffness and damping characteristics of rotor system,enhances the anti-interference ability,suppresses and delays the occurrence of low-frequency vibration;a reasonable rotor acceleration rate makes the operating frequency vibration amplitude of rotor to be the smallest during acceleration process;on the high-speed power generation for micro gas turbine supported by gas bearings,the increase of load may lead to decrease of stability threshold of rotor system and enhancement of nonlinear characteristics.
