摘 要:为探究静压球面气体轴承的工作特性,以单供气孔静压球面气体轴承为研究对象,建立轴承的气膜模型,使用有限元软件进行仿真计算,研究球窝包角、平均气膜厚度、供气孔直径和供气压力对轴承承载力、耗气量和气膜间隙内最大气流速度的影响规律。结果表明:球窝包角越大,轴承的承载力越大,球窝包角的变化对轴承耗气量和气膜间隙内最大气流速度影响很小;平均气膜厚度越小,轴承的承载力越大,轴承的耗气量和气膜间隙内气流最大速度越小;供气孔直径越大,轴承的承载力和耗气量越大,气膜间隙内最大气流速度越小;随着供气压力的增加,轴承的承载力、耗气量和气膜间隙内最大气流速度均增加。To explore the operational characteristics of hydrostatic spherical gas bearing,taking hydrostatic spherical gas bearing with single gas supply hole as a research object,and the gas film model of the bearing is established.The finite element software is used for simulation calculation to study the influence of ball-socket wrap angle,average gas film thickness,diameter of gas supply hole,gas supply pressure on load capacity,gas consumption and maximum gas flow velocity in gas film gap of the bearing.The results show that:the larger the ball-socket wrap angle is,the larger the load capacity of the bearing is,and the change of ball-socket wrap angle has little effect on gas consumption and maximum gas flow velocity in gas film gap of the bearing;the smaller the average gas film thickness is,the larger the load capacity of the bearing is,the smaller the gas consumption and maximum gas flow velocity in gas film gap of the bearing are;the larger the diameter of gas supply hole is,the larger the load capacity and gas consumption of the bearing are,and the smaller the maximum gas flow velocity in gas film gap is;with the increase of gas supply pressure,the load capacity,gas consumption and maximum gas flow velocity in gas film gap of the bearing all increase.
