摘  要:为解决高速电动机风磨损耗大,高速时转子所受机械应力大,滚动轴承发热严重等问题,提出了一种以气浮轴承为关键支承技术的超高速实心转子电动机结构,在高真空环境下计算其各部分损耗及瞬态热,通过有限元分析了电动机主要部分温度分布,结果表明:电动机转速1.0×105 r/min时,电枢绕组、励磁绕组、转子的最高温度在允许范围内,验证了高真空环境下以气浮轴承为支承技术的超高速实心转子电动机结构的可行性。In order to solve the problems of high-speed motors,such as large windage loss,large mechanical stress on rotor and serious heating of rolling bearings,a ultra-high-speed solid rotor motor structure with air bearing as key support technology is proposed.The loss and transient heat of each part are calculated under high vacuum environment.The temperature distribution of main parts of the motor is analyzed by finite element method.The results show that when the motor speed is 1.0×105 r/min,the maximum temperature of armature winding,excitation winding and rotor is within the allowable range,verifying the feasibility of ultra-high-speed solid rotor motor structure supported by air bearing under high vacuum environment.
