摘　　要：以‘米良1号’猕猴桃扦插苗作为对照(SS),将‘米良1号’猕猴桃接穗嫁接在毛花猕猴桃砧木(MH)、美味猕猴桃砧木(MW)和中华猕猴桃砧木(ZH)上,采集成熟期果实,测定果实纵径、横径、单果重、果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量。结果表明,与‘米良1号’同一类型的美味猕猴桃(MW)砧木保持与本砧木一致的果形,二者间的果实纵径、横径、单果重和果实硬度差异不显著,同时提高了果实的可溶性固形物含量,最有利于维持猕猴桃果实的品质特征,为后续优良砧木的筛选奠定基础。Taking the cuttings of’Miliang-1’as the control(SS),the scion of’Miliang-1’was grafted on the rootstock of Actinidia eriantha Benth(MH),the rootstock of Actinidia chinensis var.deliciosa(MW)and the rootstock of Actinidia chinensis Planch(ZH).The fruit was harvested at mature stage and longitudinal diameter of fruit,transverse diameter of fruit,single fruit weight,fruit firmness and soluble solid content of fruit were measured.The results showed that fruit shape grafted on the same types of rootstocks(MW)with Actinidia chinensis var.deliciosa‘Miliang-1’could keep the original fruit shape grafted on‘Miliang-1’.There were no significant differences on longitudinal diameter of fruit,transverse diameter of fruit,single fruit weight,and fruit firmness between two types of rootstocks.Two types of rootstocks could improve soluble solid content of fruit and maintain the fruit quality of‘Miliang-1’kiwifruit.The study could provide a foundation for the subsequent screening of excellent rootstocks.
