摘 要:基于高速列车实车噪声数据,利用统计能量分析方法建立了动车组车内噪声预测模型,并结合试验数据验证了该模型的正确性。根据该模型准确地预测出动车组在400 km/h运行速度下受电弓拖车的车内噪声。预测值显示,受电弓拖车的端部噪声值比车内设计要求的噪声值高3.57 dB,中部噪声值高于设计要求1.56 dB。在需要提高车体隔声量的情况下,基于车体等辐射原理进行了车体隔声量的最优分配,结果表明,对车体隔声量进行最优分配后,不仅使车内噪声符合设计要求,而且避免了在设计过程中出现车体隔声量设计不足或设计过度的问题。Based on the actual noise data of high-speed trains,a prediction model of EMU interior noise is established by using statistical energy analysis method,and the correctness of the model is verified by combining the experimental data.According to the model,the interior noise of the trailer with pantograph under 400 km/h running speed of the EMU can be accurately predicted.The predicted value shows that the end noise value of the trailer with pantograph is 3.57 dB higher than the noise value required by the interior design,and the middle noise value is 1.56 dB higher than design requirement.When it is necessary to improve the sound insulation of carbody,the optimal allocation of carbody sound insulation is carried out based on the principle of equal radiation of the carbody.The results show that the optimal allocation of carbody sound insulation not only makes the interior noise meet the design requirements,but also avoids the problem of insufficient or excessive design of carbody sound insulation during design process.
