运用“资本市场”分配方式促进共同富裕

摘　　要：新时代是不断创造美好生活、逐步实现全体人民共同富裕的时代。扎实推动共同富裕,使全体人民共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展,可以通过“五种分配方式”来充分释放正效应。其中,资本市场分配方式是五种分配方式的重要组成部分。社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度与社会主义市场经济的按要素产权分配是资本市场分配方式的前提,资本市场对财富具有胀缩作用是资本市场分配方式的基础。资本市场对财富的胀缩作用关键在于实体经济的运行状况,利率是其重要影响因素,且资本市场的单纯波动也会发挥作用。完善资本市场分配方式的路径主要包括:发挥国家调节的主导作用、完善市场分配机制以及体现监管的人民性。The new era is an era of constantly creating a better life and gradually realizing the common prosperity of all people.To promote common prosperity in a down-to-earth manner and make more significant substantive progress for the common prosperity of all people,we can fully exert the positive effect through“five distribution methods”.Among them,the capital market distribution mode is an important part of the five distribution modes.The basic economic system in the primary stage and the distribution according to factor property rights of the socialist market economy are the premise of the capital market distribution mode,and the expansion and contraction of wealth by the capital market is the basis of the distribution mode of the capital market.The key to the inflation and contraction of wealth by the capital market lies in the operation of the real economy.Interest rate is an important factor affecting it,and simple fluctuations in the capital market will also play a role.The paths to improve the capital market distribution mode mainly include:giving play to the leading role of national regulation,perfecting the market distribution mechanism and embodying the people’s nature of supervision.
