新型城镇化背景下青海藏区小城镇风貌特色塑造策略研究——以黄南藏族自治州和日镇为例

摘　　要：加速推进的新型城镇化极大促进了青海藏区小城镇的社会经济发展,但城镇建设力度的加大也使得小城镇的“趋同化”“内地化”现象愈发严重,逐渐失去了自身特色。据此,本文以小城镇风貌的概念和风貌构成要素体系为基础,从自然、人文及人工环境方面对青海藏区小城镇风貌进行了整体认知,系统总结了构成青海藏区小城镇风貌特色的基本要素,并以青海省黄南藏族自治州泽库县和日镇为例,深入探讨新型城镇化背景下小城镇风貌特色的塑造方法,提出了明确风貌定位、构建风貌结构、引导风貌特色的塑造策略,并为青海藏区小城镇风貌特色的塑造提供了思路与参考。The accelerated new urbanization has greatly promoted the social and economic development of small towns in Tibetan areas of Qinghai Province.However,with the increase of urban construction,'assimilation'and'inland-trend'of small town are becoming more and more serious,gradually losing its own characteristics.Therefore,on the basis of the style and the feature composition system of the small town,this study comprehensively analyzes the feature of small town in Qinghai Tibetan area from the perspective of natural,humanity,and artificial,systematically summarizes its basic elements constitute the feature characteristics.Taking Heri Town in Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as an example,it deeply discusses the shaping methods of small towns'features under the background of new urbanization,and puts forward the shaping strategies to define the style positioning,construct the style structure,and to guide the style characteristics.This study provides ideas and references for the shaping of small towns'style and feature in Tibetan areas of Qinghai Province.
