摘　　要：畜禽遗传资源是保护生物多样性、培育新品种、实现畜牧业可持续发展的重要生物资源;家畜和家禽的遗传资源是国家综合国力的体现,是大农业可持续发展能力的重要标志,也是人类生存不可或缺的重要资源之一。目前,家畜和家禽优良品种对现代畜牧业的发展已超过40%贡献率,成为促进畜牧业升级转型的重要基础,也是满足人民群众多样化需求的宝贵战略资源。通过了解掌握,从问题入手,进一步宣传保护畜禽遗传资源的重要性,完善管理体系与机构建设,加大资金投入,同时加强科技手段在家畜和家禽优良种质资源上的应用,利用现代化科技手段保护家畜和家禽优良种质资源,改善畜禽种质资源保护单位的基础设施建设,提高自动化程度。立足于保护现有资源,紧密结合市场需求,有序开发利用特色资源,在利用中保护畜禽种质资源,不断提高宝鸡市畜禽种质资源保护与开发,为提高畜牧产业发展的技术和经营管理水平奠定基础。Livestock and poultry genetic resources are important biological resources for protecting biodiversity, cultivating new breeds and realizing sustainable development of animal husbandry. The genetic resources of livestock and poultry are the embodiment of the country’s comprehensive national strength, an important symbol of the sustainable development capacity of large-scale agriculture, and one of the important resources indispensable to human survival. At present, the excellent breeds of livestock and poultry have contributed more than 40% to the development of modern animal husbandry, becoming an important basis for promoting the upgrading and transformation of animal husbandry, and a valuable strategic resource to meet the diverse needs of the people. Starting from the problem, we further publicize the importance of protecting the genetic resources of livestock and poultry, improve the management system and institutional construction, increase capital investment, and at the same time strengthen the application of scientific and technological means to the excellent germplasm resources of livestock and poultry. We use modern scientific and technological means to protect the excellent germplasm resources of livestock and poultry, improve the infrastructure construction of livestock and poultry germplasm resources protection units, and increase the degree of automation. Based on the protection of existing resources, we must closely integrate market demand, develop and utilize characteristic resources in an orderly manner, and protect livestock and poultry germplasm resources during utilization. We also need to continuously improve the protection and development of livestock and poultry germplasm resources in Baoji City, and lay a foundation for improving the technical and management level of the development of the livestock industry.
