摘  要:对岩心样品进行X射线元素检测时,通常做法是取一定重量的岩心粉碎后压制样片,这样操作不仅破坏了岩心的完整性,且操作繁琐效率低。为此研制了一种多功能岩心元素扫描仪器,可以自动调整检测点与探测器之间的距离,实时视频监视岩心表面,具备自动、手动两种检测模式以及对岩心与岩屑样品双重检测的功能,能够实现对岩心样品连续无损检测和快速简便操作的目的,符合录井现场应用需求。利用该仪器在某气田完成了3口井的岩心元素扫描工作,通过小间距的元素含量数据识别出小夹层,实现岩性精细解释;通过分析Na、Cl元素含量值的变化情况,有利于地层水的识别和气水、油水界面的判断。When detecting X-ray elements on the core samples, it is usually used to take a certain weight of the core to crush and press into sample pieces, so that the operation not only destroys the integrity of the core, but also is cumbersome and inefficient. Therefore, a multifunction core element scanner has been developed. It can automatically adjust the distance between the check point and the detector, monitor the core surface in real-time video, and has the functions of automatic and manual detection modes and dual detection of core and cuttings samples. It can realize the purpose of the continuous non-destructive detection and rapid and simple operation of core samples, and meet the requirements of mud logging field application. It completed the core element scanning of three wells in a gas field, and the small interbeds were identified by the element content data with small spacing to realize the fine interpretation of lithology. The changes of Na and Cl contents are conducive to the identification of formation water and the judgment of gas-water and oil-water interfaces.
