摘　　要：目的为利肺片的进一步研究和使用提供参考。方法查阅文献,从临床应用、药理作用及质量标准3方面总结利肺片的研究进展。结果药理作用,利肺片对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、肺炎、支气管哮喘均有一定改善作用,且能镇咳祛痰;临床应用,利肺片对肺结核、慢性支气管炎、COPD、支气管哮喘有良好的临床疗效;质量标准,其收载的质量标准不完善,对其成分及含量研究主要集中在五味子等单味药材,对甘草酸、腺苷、齐墩果酸测定和指纹图谱研究的报道各仅有1篇,对其他药材含量测定特别是同时测定多成分(如白及、枇杷叶、甘草等)含量的较少。结论对利肺片药理作用和质量标准控制的研究尚不全面,需进一步加强。Objective To provide a reference for further study and use of Lifei Tablets.Methods The research progress of Lifei Tablets was summarized from the aspects of clinical application,pharmacological effect and quality standard by reviewing relevant literature.Results In terms of pharmacological effect,Lifei Tablets can improve chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),pneumonia,bronchial asthma,and relieve cough and expectorant.In terms of clinical application,Lifei Tablets have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,chronic bronchitis,COPD and bronchial asthma.In terms of quality standard,the quality standard of Lifei Tablets is not perfect,the research on their components and contents is mainly focused on single medicinal materials such as Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,with only one report on the determination of glycyrrhizic acid,adenosine,oleanolic acid respectively and one study on the fingerprint,while the reports on the content determination of other medicinal materials,especially the simultaneous determination of the content of multiple components(such as Bletillae Rhizoma,Eriobotryae Folium,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.)were few.Conclusion The research on the pharmacological effect and quality standard control of Lifei Tablets is not comprehensive,which needs to be further strengthened.
