摘 要:以广华新城小区配套学校项目为背景,深入研究大跨度大截面型钢混凝土梁施工技术。通过BIM技术精确制模深化型钢混凝土梁钢骨模型,精准定位钢骨预留孔位,解决预留孔位偏差问题;采用专用顶撑胎架作为钢骨安装辅助措施,辅助吊装的同时可调整起拱位置,达到降低塔吊占用频次、简化钢骨安装工艺的目的。大跨度大截面型钢混凝土梁最终成形效果优良,为类似项目积累了成功经验。Taking the supporting school project of Guanghua new town as the background,the construction technology of large-span and large-section steel reinforced concrete beams is deeply studied.Through BIM technology,the steel frame model of steel reinforced concrete beam is deepened by precise molding,and the reserved hole position of steel frame is accurately positioned to solve the deviation of reserved hole position.The special top support frame is used as an auxiliary measure for steel frame installation,and the arched position can be adjusted while assisting the lifting,so as to reduce the occupation frequency of tower crane and simplify the steel frame installation process.The final forming effect of large-span and large-section steel reinforced concrete beams is excellent,which has accumulated successful experience for similar projects.
