富水区地下室底板后浇带疏水泄压及渗漏防治施工技术

摘　　要：地下室超大面积底板常设计有沉降或者伸缩后浇带,在富水区工程地质条件下施工,后浇带常出现渗漏的现象。为了预防类似质量问题,特提出一种富水区地下室底板后浇带结构防渗漏的施工方法。通过疏泄水压,防止较高的地下水压对垫层防水造成破坏,采用对地下水防排结合的方法,优化设计节点及施工流程,增设多道后浇带防渗漏的保险措施,最终保证后浇带结构成形质量效果好、无渗漏,避免产生堵漏或维修的费用,具有良好的社会与经济效益,值得推广。The super large floor of basement is often designed with settlement or expansion post pouring belt.Under the engineering geological conditions of rich water area,the post pouring belt often appears leakage.In order to prevent similar quality problems,a leakage prevention construction method of post pouring belt structure of basement floor in rich water area is proposed.By releasing the water pressure,prevent the high underground water pressure from damaging the waterproof of the cushion,adopt the method of combining the prevention and drainage of underground water,optimize the design node and construction process,and add the anti-leakage insurance measures for multiple post pouring belts,so as to finally ensure that the post pouring belt structure has good forming quality and effect,no leakage,and avoid the cost of plugging or maintenance.It has good social and economic benefits and is worth promoting.
