大跨度超标预应力混凝土双T板设计与施工技术

摘　　要：以上海地区某立体式公交停车场项目为例,结合已有的相关规范图集以及试验数据,进行大跨度超标预应力混凝土双T板的设计,并分别使用不同设计规范对有效预应力、挠度、抗裂、承载力等力学性能进行计算检验,确定不同规范在双T板设计检验中的应用效果,使其符合工程需要。对双T板在后续生产、运输、吊装等重要环节中的相关举措进行总结,为类似工程提供了宝贵的实践经验。Taking a three-dimensional bus parking lot project in Shanghai as an example,the design of large-span superstandard prestressed concrete double T-slabs is carried out by combining the available relevant specification atlases and test data,and the mechanical properties such as effective prestress,deflection,crack resistance and bearing capacity are calculated and tested by using different design specifications respectively to determine the application effect of different specifications in the design and testing of double T-slabs to make them meet the engineering needs.The initiatives related to double T-slabs in the subsequent production,transportation,lifting and other important links are summarized,so as to provide valuable practical experience for similar projects.
