摘　　要：某工程外中庭玻璃穹顶改造项目的现场原图纸与实际情况存在误差,空间狭窄,停机点位置受限,且网壳节点众多,测量难度大,面临球面倾斜网壳施工、超高满堂脚手架搭设等一系列问题,通过重点及难点的研究与分析,采取了相应的施工技术及应对措施,顺利完成工程安装并确保了整体施工质量。There are errors between the original site drawings and the actual situation of the reconstruction project of the outer atrium glass dome of a certain project,the space is narrow,the parking point is limited,and there are many reticulated shell nodes,thus it is difficult to measure.Facing a series of problems such as the construction of spherical inclined reticulated shell and the erection of super high full hall scaffolding,through the research and analysis of the key and difficult points,the corresponding construction technology and countermeasures have been adopted to successfully complete the installation of project and ensure the overall construction quality.
