摘  要:以郑州地铁6号线魏庄站—博览中心站区间项目为背景,对深厚砂层狭窄肥槽大面积锚索的拔除施工技术进行了研究。通过对5种锚索处理施工方案进行分析对比,采用跟管钻进减摩套取锚索法对侵入盾构掘进断面的大规模锚索群进行处理,预应力锚索拔除完毕后进行注浆回填并拔出套管、索孔封闭,及时使用5%水泥土分层分段回填肥槽,保障了基坑稳定性,实现了安全可靠、经济便捷及质量优异的目标。所总结的施工技术可供同类情况的施工参考。Based on the project of Weizhuang Station-Expo Center Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 6,the construction technology of pulling out large area anchor cable in narrow fertilizer trough in deep and thick sand layer is studied.Through the analysis and comparison of five anchor cable treatment construction schemes,the large-scale anchor cable group entering the shield tunneling section is treated with the method of following the pipe drilling to reduce friction and take out the anchor cable.After the pre-stressed anchor cable is pulled out,the grouting backfill is carried out,the casing is pulled out,and the cable hole is closed.The 5%cement soil is timely used to backfill the fertilizer trough in layers and sections,which ensures the stability of the foundation pit and achieves the goals of safety,reliability,economy,convenience and excellent quality.The summarized construction technology can be used as a reference for similar construction.
