摘　　要：“数字建造”是建筑业未来发展的方向,“正向深化设计”有着逐渐成为承包商工作“标配”的趋势。而目前大多数工程项目的实践中,能够切实完成“正向深化设计”的项目并不多见。通过剖析一个完整的主题乐园项目“正向深化设计”实例,详细探讨了正向深化设计管理的组织架构、技术路线、具体管理措施等方面,可供采用正向深化设计的项目借鉴。"Digital construction"is the future direction of the construction industry,and"forward design"is gradually becoming a"standard configuration"for contractors.However,in most of the current projects,it is not common to see projects that can complete"forward design".Through the analysis of a complete theme park project"forward deepening design"example,the organization structure,technical route,specific management measures and other aspects of forward deepening design management are discussed in detail,which can be used as a reference for projects using forward deepening design.
