摘 要:为研究冷弯厚壁型钢考虑冷弯效应的屈服强度计算方法适用性,选取4种规格冷弯厚壁槽钢进行短柱轴心受压试验研究,并在槽形截面屈服强度分布模型基础上,提出矩形和方形的分布模型,增强了模型的普遍实用性。为比较各国规范在计算冷弯厚壁型钢考虑冷弯效应屈服强度的准确性,以及验证提出的截面分布模型实用性,选取相关文献的型钢试验数据,分别进行计算对比研究,得到以下结论:各国规范对冷弯厚壁型钢的计算均较为准确,其中我国规范(GB 50018—2002)计算结果最好,适用性最强,可适用于6 mm以上的厚壁型钢计算;提出的3种截面屈服强度分布模型计算精确度较高,为冷弯强化效应的强度计算提供了一种新方法,具有一定的参考意义。To study the applicability of the yield strength calculation method of cold-formed thick wall channel steel considering the cold-formed effect,four kinds of cold-formed thick wall channel steel are selected for the axial compression test of short columns,and based on the yield strength distribution model of the channel section,rectangular and square distribution models are proposed,which enhances the universal practicability of the model.In order to compare the accuracy of national codes in calculating the yield strength of cold-formed thick wall steel considering the cold-formed effect,and to verify the practicability of the proposed section distribution model,the section steel test data of relevant literatures are selected for calculation and comparative study.The following conclusions are obtained:the calculation of cold-formed thick wall steel in national codes is relatively accurate,and the calculation results of Chinese codes(GB 50018-2002)are the best and the applicability is the strongest.It is applicable to the calculation of thick wall section steel above 6mm.The three section yield strength distribution models presented in this paper have high calculation accuracy,and provide a new method for strength calculation of cold bending strengthening effect,which has certain reference significance.
