摘  要:红透山铜矿是我国开采深度较深的矿山之一,矿山现有充填系统已经运行五十余年。充填系统自动化程度较低,工人劳动强度大;充填料浆制备质量浓度约50%~60%,井下采场脱水较多,井下环境差,尾砂充填利用率低;大量细粒级尾砂排至尾矿库,也增加了尾矿库压力。充分考虑红透山矿山充填系统实际的需要,结合国内外充填方面的经验与技术,在地表建设一套现代化充填站,对现有矿山充填系统进行全面技术升级改造,以改善井下工作环境,缓解尾矿库压力。Hongtoushan Copper Mine is one of the deep mining mines in China,the existing mine filling system has been in opera‐tion for more than 50 years.The automation degree of filling system is low,and the labor intensity of workers is large.The mass concentration of filling slurry is about 50%~60%,the underground stope is dehydrated,the underground environment is poor,and the utilization rate of tailings filling is low.A large number of fine-grained tailings are discharged into the tailings pond,which also in‐creases the pressure of the tailings pond.Fully considering the actual needs of the filling system in Hongtoushan mine and combin‐ing the experience and technology in filling at home and abroad,a set of modern filling station is built on the surface,and the exist‐ing mine filling system will be comprehensively upgraded to improve the underground working environment and relieve the pressure of tailings pond.
