摘 要:某低品位多金属硫化镍矿含镍0.265%,铜和钴的含量分别为0.033%和0.016%,为实现镍资源的高效回收,研究了磨矿细度、药剂种类、药剂用量等因素对镍矿浮选回收的影响。采用一次粗选、三次扫选、三次精选的工艺流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占80%的条件下,得到了产率为2.28%,镍品位为5.33%,回收率为43.56%的镍精矿,镍精矿中铜品位为0.98%,钴品位为0.33%,铜回收率为67.55%,钴的回收率为46.14%。在回收镍资源的同时对铜、钴资源也进行了回收,提高了资源的利用率,对低品位多金属硫化镍矿的浮选提供了一种可借鉴的方法。A low-grade polymetallic sulfide nickel ore contains 0.265%Ni,and the contents of Cu and Co are 0.033%and 0.016%respectively.In order to make good use of the resource,systematic tests are carried out.Conditions such as grinding fineness,chemical type,and chemical dosage were studied.The process of one-stage roughing,three-stage scavenging and three-stage con‐centrating is adopted.Under the optimum conditions that the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm 80%,a nickel concentrate with a yield of 2.28%,a nickel grade of 5.33%,a copper grade of 0.98%,and a cobalt grade of 0.33%is obtained.The nickel recovery rate is 43.56%,the copper recovery rate is 67.55%,and the cobalt recovery rate is 46.14%.Most of the useful Ni minerals goes into the final concentrate,copper and cobalt minerals are also recovered.The research improves the utilization of the resource and provides a reference for the similar low-grade sulfide nickel ores.
