摘 要:为了探讨不同比例膨化豆粕替代鱼粉对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)生长的影响,该研究共挑选了体质健壮、体重均匀为(5.00±0.03)g的虹鳟450尾,随机进行分组。根据膨化豆粕替代鱼粉的比例,分为0%组、15%组、30%组、45%组和60%组共5组,每组90尾,分3个平行,每个平行30尾。试验预试验7d,正式试验84d。每组试验的虹鳟饲喂相对于比例的膨化豆粕替代鱼粉的饲料。试验过程记录虹鳟的始末体重、摄食量及存活率。结果发现:15%组的末期体重、增重率显著的高于0%组、30%组、45%和60%组(P<0.05);饲料系数15%组的最低,显著低于0%组、30%组、45%组(P<0.05),极显著低于60%组(P<0.01);15%组蛋白质效率和特定生长率显著高于0%组、30%组、45%组(P<0.05),极显著高于60%组(P<0.01)。研究表明:15%的膨化豆粕替代鱼粉比例最适合促进虹鳟生长,同时饲料利用率最高。In order to investigate the effects of fish meal replacement with different proportions of extrapolated soybean meal on the growth of rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss),450 healthy rainbow trout with a uniform body weight of(5.00±0.03)g were selected and randomly divided into groups.According to the ratio of fish meal replaced by extrated soybean meal,the fish meal was divided into 5 groups:0%group,15%group,30%group,45%group and 60%group,with 90 fish in each group and 30 fish in each parallel group.The pre-test lasted for 7 days and the formal test lasted for 84days.Rainbow trout in each trial were fed a diet with a relative proportion of extruded soybean meal instead of fish meal.The body weight,food intake and survival rate of rainbow trout were recorded during the experiment.The results showed that the final body weight and weight gain rate in the 15%group were significantly higher than those in the 0%,30%,45%and 60%groups(P<0.05);The feed conversion ratio(FCR)in 15%group was the lowest,which was significantly lower than that in 0%group,30%group and 45%group(P<0.05),significantly lower than 60%group(P<0.01);Protein efficiency and specific growth rate in 15%group were significantly higher than those in 0%,30%and 45%groups(P<0.05),significantly higher than 60%group(P<0.01).The results showed that 15%of extruded soybean meal replaced fish meal was the most suitable for promoting the growth of rainbow trout,and the feed utilization rate was the highest.
