摘　　要：随着互联网快速发展,种类繁多的应用正在消耗越来越多的网络资源,尤其是网络视频、个人媒体、宽带电视等新应用,导致网络负荷急剧上升,业务承载质量难以保障,使得广电网络服务商的运营和管理成本大幅度增长。基于市场与技术等因素驱动,本文设计并实现了面向广电用户的流量分析调度系统,旨在探索网络流量精细化运营,以求进一步提高网络运行效率,提升用户满意度。With the rapid development of the Internet,a wide variety of applications are swallowing more and more network resources,especially new applications such as network video,personal media and broadband TV in the Internet,resulting in a sharp rise in network load,a difficult guarantee of the service bearing quality,and a significant increase in the operation and management costs of radio and television operators.Driven by the market and technology,this paper designs a traffic analysis and scheduling system for radio and television users to explore the fine operation of network traffic,in order to improve the efficiency of network operation and user satisfaction.
