摘 要:目前,国家正在大力推进应急广播体系建设。应急广播标准体系已初步形成,而应急广播效果监测部分尚在制定中,应急广播效果监测系统则基本属于空白。要保障应急广播系统安全可靠稳定地运行,播发效果监测是不可或缺的重要环节。本文基于国家应急广播技术系统总体框架,开发了一款兼容ONVIF协议的网络拾音器,并设计了满足监测监管要求的应急广播播发效果监测系统,为应急广播系统的安全可靠运行提供技术支撑。The At present,our country is vigorously promoting the construction of emergency broadcasting system.The emergency broadcasting standard system has been initially formed,while the emergency broadcasting effect monitoring part is still under formulation,and the emergency broadcasting effect monitoring system is basically blank.In order to ensure the safe,reliable and stable operation of the emergency broadcasting system,the monitoring of broadcasting effects is an indispensable and important part.Based on the overall framework of the national emergency broadcast technology system,this paper develops a network pickup compatible with the ONVIF protocol,and designs an emergency broadcast effect monitoring system that meets the monitoring and supervision requirements,which provides technical support for the safe and reliable operation of the emergency broadcast system.
