摘 要:以二水合乙酸锌为锌源、六水合硝酸铝为铝源,尿素作为表面活性剂,用水热法在180℃及煅烧温度为550℃下,制备得到Al掺杂ZnO复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对所制备复合材料进行表征,并对其光催化降解有机染料性能进行了探究。所得复合材料投放至亚甲基蓝溶液中,以氙灯光源模拟日光照射,在70℃水浴加热、光照持续4 h、pH值为11时,加入量仅50mg,降解率达77.5%,说明掺铝纳米氧化锌材料光催化性能良好。Al-doped ZnO composites were prepared via hydrothermal process at 180℃ and calcination temperature of 550℃,using zinc acetate dihydrate as the zinc source,aluminum nitrate hexahydrate as the aluminum source and urea as surfactant.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize the prepared composite material,with later investigations into its photocatalytic degradation performances of organic dyes.The obtained composite material was put into methylene blue solution,and xenon lamp light source was used to simulate sunlight irradiation.After the mixture was heated in a water bath at 70℃ for 4 hours and the pH value was 11,with only 50 mg of composite,the degradation rate reached 77.5%.The photocatalytic performance of Al-doped nano-ZnO material was proved desirable.
