摘  要:通过混凝气浮一级处理,水解酸化-接触氧化二级处理,化学除磷深度处理的3段组合工艺处理某水产品加工企业产生的高磷废水.当进水中COD_(Cr)、动植物油、氨氮、总磷的质量含量分别为3 620,320,126,86 mg/L时,污水处理系统对它们的去除率分别为97.7%,97.6%,99.9%,96.5%.通过深度除磷,可使出水中总磷的质量含量小于0.5 mg/L,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996规定的一级排放标准.该工艺处理系统运行1 a左右,进水中总磷的质量含量为1~130 mg/L,出水中总磷的质量含量小于8 mg/L,满足城镇污水厂纳管的排放标准.The high phosphorus wastewater from an aquatic product processing enterprise was treated by a three-stage combination of primary treatment of coagulation and flotation,secondary treatment of hydrolysis and acidification-contact oxidation,and deep treatment of chemical phosphorus removal.When the mass content of COD_(Cr),vegetable and animal oils,ammonia nitrogen,and total phosphorus in the feed water was 3,620,320,126,86 mg/L,the removal efficiency of the sewage treatment system was 97.7%,97.6%,99.9%,and 96.5%,respectively.Through deep dephosphorization,the mass content of total phosphorus in the effluent is less than 0.5 mg/L,and the effluent quality reaches the first class discharge standard specified in GB 8978—1996.The process has been running for about 1 year,the mass content of total phosphorus in the influent water is 1-130 mg/L,and the mass content of total phosphorus in the effluent water is less than 8 mg/L,which meets the discharge standards of municipal wastewater treatment plants.
