摘  要:前期已有大量的国内外研究发现CASR和VDR基因相关信号通路参与代谢性疾病及肿瘤性疾病的发生发展过程,CASR基因通过P38-MAPK信号通路使VDR基因表达上调致使肾近曲小管对枸橼酸的重吸收增加,进而导致高钙尿,参与尿石症的发病机制。而在尿石症患者肾实体组织髓质中发现CASR、VDR蛋白过表达,CASR-VDR相关信号通路与尿石症的发生发展过程紧密相关,本文就CASR-VDR基因相关信号通路在尿石症中的研究进展作一综述。A large number of domestic and foreign studies have found that calcium-sensing receptor(CASR)and vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene-related signal pathways are involved in the occurrence and development of metabolic diseases and tumors.CASR up-regulates VDR expression through P38-MAPK signal pathway,resulting in increased reabsorption of citric acid by renal proximal tubules,leading to hypercalciuria,which is involved in the pathogenesis of urolithiasis.Overexpression of CASR and VDR is found in the medulla of renal solid tissues in patients with urolithiasis.The CASR-VDR gene-related signal pathways are closely related to the occurrence and development of urolithiasis.This article will review the research progress of CASR-VDR gene-related signal pathways in urolithiasis.
